Removal and refit of Prop

Hi all

I am looking to change the prop on my Evo6 at the weekend. Can anyone advise whats involved or whether theres anything I should be careful of ? is there a certian procedure ?

It certainly looks straight forward but I have been here before with such assumptions

Any advice most welcome

You're a star Tina :-) Carbon = I wish

So I assume there's no need to be removing transfer boxes etc to remove the prop ? I have looked in the Evo manual but I couldn't find anything that points to the a Prop change IIRC the prop just 'pop's out of the tranny box and I assume its just a job of unbolting and then the reverse to refit ?

your only problem is supporting it,drop the bolts from the rear diff x4 then work your way forward to the first support then second support then just pull it out the transfer
