dB level

I'm not sure where to post this so here or under trackdays

I have been looking at doing a few track days however some have Noise restrictions. how loud is 100dB's and I have a HKS Supper dragger is that within the limit?

my car has the superdragger mate, i think its quite quiet to be honest, would easy be under 100dB, and it came with a bung to make it even more quiet.

The super dragger is very good for trackdays but if you’re looking for a trackday I would aim for the tracks with 105 db limits

I hit 98 db at 3 grand on a static test and 110 approx on a full tilt drive by :muhaha:

Beware the sound meter

The HKS Super Drager was developed under strict JASMA noise levels and at 4K is estimated at around 96db

Hope this helps

The mongoose that I use has a static level of 93 db.....hks super dragger is about the same if not less..remember its also how much boost you run that will effect noise levels... :muhaha:
