was there a sticker over the processor chip, or is it heat damage?

The MicroController I mean, the big square chip. The board doesn't look that complicated to me, might be able to replicate it if support is available for the MCu.

bottom level board is dead fiddly m8,rather you than me,not sure how good it is anyhow as yet
