just double check you power steering fluid is topped up and bled through mate other than that it's most likely the belt tensioner as its a serpentine belt on these it takes more abuse and is prone to bearing failure and noise..

oooooooooo

ooooooooooooo mine does that its called crank-walk its caused by the thrust washers wearing on the crank side faces and allows the crank to move from side to side thus the backside of your crank pulley bein buffed and causeing your noise it does come and go from time to time best of to start up with your foot of the clutch and let it build up a good oil face between them an regular oil changes till you get the shells done

Try a 'alternator' belt change first....

it could be a number of things best to take off a belt at a time and start up and find out or put a lever between the chassis leg an crank bolt an give it a little pry an see for yourself
