can someone with some car noledge tell me what and how a feul regulator does ops:

It regulates fuel pressure

It governs the amount of fuel returning to the tank from the end of the injector plenium,thus governing the amount of fuel squirted through the injectors for the pulse time they are open

will this increse the performance ie hp

No m8 not on its own,you would only need one to extra fuel the engine if you did something quite considerable like upping the boost by a fair bit!
