high boost engine soon to blow

hey guys i need some help.

i have been runnning my car with 1.2 bar for months now. and i was wondering is this safe? i mean i do not have a boost controller. i bend the waste gate to turn the booost up. wut is the best thing i could do to keep my engine safe? i mean is the injectors giving enough fuel a stock to keep running this kinda boost. i was wondering is to get a S AFC and turn the fuel up. or is it just fine the way it is now? thank u very much

Kris

I would think 1.2 should be fine on your VI, provided your not getting any spikes. If you can checking the exhaust with a wideband lamda it will help to make sure you're not running lean, but i would think it's unlikely. An SAFC would help if you are, as might an uprated fuel pump (and a walbro is pretty cheap).

1.2 bar is perfectly safe Kris

As Dral says, Uprated fuel pump is so cheap nowadays.
I would go for a Boost controller though. AVC-R's can be had for under £300 new from Ebay
