evo 7 actuator fit evo 4 ?
are they the same? and what should the base boost be with this fitted?

I cant tell you the boost but nr autosport just fitted a 7 actuator to my IV and all is well . . .

Yes they will fit, they changed the actuators on the VII so they didn't act like a water trap and seize
