Help me!!!

Meant to be going to wales tomorrow in my evo 2 and it wont start.

I put an evo 4 fuel pump on it. has been running fine for weeks but was getting a slight smell of fuel inside the car. So had a look and looked as though the rubber seal wasnt aligned properly where the pump fits into the tank. So made sure it was then tightened all the nuts up.

Started car up yesterday and car was ticking over really really lump. as though it had wild cams in it or somethin. drove it and was fine to drive, just ticking over funny.

Now come to start it this mornin and it just wont start at all.

I have my old fuel pump, so wondering whether to fit that. really need car running as have to do a 400 mile round trip in it!

I would try the other pump Paul just in case. It could well be the pump causing it but not a garanteed thing but it's a start!

Yeah I was gonna get one actually but was told it would overfuel the evo 2 and was recommended to use a 4 pump as the cars pretty standard.
am fitting a fuel regulator soon, have one ready to fit, so maybe a Walbro might be the idea. the 255L one is too powerful isnt it? Do they do a 195L one?

I know they do a 190 Paul, not too sure about a 195 though ops:

Maybe worth doing an internet search for one though! :-)
