Forge Actuator

Hi guys

I'm looking for a bit of advice with regards to fitting a Forge Actuator. I purchased this off of a chap and its in unused condition ready to be fitted to my car 8)

Anyway this actuator is the one meant for oem replacement rather than Big boost etc. My question is does it purely need to be fitted and forgotten ? or is there adjustment requried ??

Any advice very welcome

Cheers in advance

Fitted one to the V, original one seized and meant 1.7 bar a plenty .....was rapid )

The car has a boost controller , if you havent got one then i dont know mate!

fitted easy enough and seems to work quite well though

it fits in place of the standard one, all you have to do is make sure you set the end up so that it just needs pulling back onto the wastegate paddle to ensure it has tension on it to keep the paddle shut, or you will lose boost.

Many thanks Rich - I think I am gonna take the car and actuator to a specialist as I certainly don't want to lose boost
