I would go for Scorpion also, it's great on my 6.

A nice noise and it looks a lot better than the magnex IMO

bonjour ....

im running with a magnex ...

really noise mungus..... whilst blasting , and driving hard

but nice and cool @ slow speed ,

without being a nuisance, to my neighbours, or

attracting extra attention from the old bill ...

its not the size of the exhaust ..

but the way it performs ... aint that right ... tina :?: :?:

your decision

I had magnex full system on mine. Up to 4,000rpm it burbled and just reved - which suited my neighbours and track day checks. After that though it would addictivley roar away. I was measured on passing a marshal at CC at 112db was called in and it measured 89db...sound only comes under power. Lovely mix for me and the coppers.

I was advised though after i modded the car that the magnex was the restiction in my system for going up over 350bhp/350torq. So for breathing on a standard or 350/350 car magnex is recommended by most tuners as a good free flow exhaust.

Not heard about the scorpion - but - for a standard or low modded car it shouldn't really matter muchbetweent the 2. IMHO..

P.S i was recommended the magnex by SI N, Mark S, Steve S...when i wanted to go above 350/350 i was advise on changing the magnex...so the question is also - do you want to mod above the area??

I live very local to both company's and i can tell you now that the Magnex systems are light years ahead of scorpion in terms of finish, quality and sound :-)

I've got a Magnex on my VI and it has improved the performance and sounds much better than standard without being excessive.

I've never tried Scorpion but I also had a full Magnex system on my 205GTi which made a massive difference - properly designed system.

They're also very good value for money.
