baz, do you have 3 plugs? if so check it against this one, ie count the pins & check the ground and earth. also if you quickly just wire up the tps one you can check on the avcr if it is picking up the tps sensor. wit ignition on it will be IIRC @ 0 or 1V with no throttle, then as you depress throttle it should go up to around 4.5/5V

Evo Singh off the MLR used this diagram when installing an AVC-R to his MR.

Another problem is that the MR RS may only have one boost solenoid compared to the two that the GSR has.

All sorted.. Using the above 3000GT wiring diagram Dral managed to wire the AVC-R into the ECU no problem. The biggest nightmare was getting two vacuum hoses that run from the solenoids to the actuator :evil_mad:

We finished on the car at 12:00 midnight last night.. Did a 30 min setup session on the M62.. Holds 1.38/1.39 and peaks at 1.44ish. She absolutely flies now.. :muhaha:

Clutch started to stink a bit so have turned the boost down to 1.25 and it still pulls like David Beckham at an under 18 disco

Well happy..

Massive massive thanks to Dral for doing such a professional job of fitting the boost controller. All I did was stand and hold the torch :howcamp:

Can't wait for Whitby VIII

No problem Bazza, it was a simple enough to do, i just hope we got those hoses attached firmly enough. :???:

It'll be worth a quick check that everything's secure when we have some light tomorrow evening.

It was busy night, although we didn't start till nearly 9. I didn't lose much skin either, although there are times i think that Mr Tickle would make the worlds greatest mechanic...

And I still reckon it'll hold 1.5 bazza
