Do I Need to upgrade turbo???

using a 2002 CT9A evo7

Running stock turbo,
HKS downpipe3", catdelete and end pipe3"
Group N ecu
SAFC-Neo- untuned ( need instruction as no dyno is available here)
HKS profecBII boost controller
HKS racing honeycomb air intake
Uprated Radiator 400-500bhp, all silicon hoses
IntercoolerHKS upto 500bhp capacity
No blow off, VTA
Installed new 700cc injectors, Walbro high capacity 255lt/hr fuel pump, HKS fuel rail,
Oil cooler repalced new larger capacity.
front and rear bumpersa a la evo 9.
Replaced valve springs, campulleysHKS lightweight, New 272 cams,
Awaiting new brake kit for all round.
Running 18" OZ alloys Superleggras- 245 section tires from Michelin
Rear diff showed signs of wear, but rectified it it ewas an oil supply issue.
Now front diff is making a whining sound, orderd for a replacement as mechanic thinks it looks like it needs repalcement only.
CAn runs like a dream, Holds 1.5 bar easily no drop in 3rd or 4th gears.
Holds 1 bar easily on 2nd, 3rd and 4th and 5th gears.
No spiking.
turbo lag needs tobe reduced.
Need sound advice on next step.
Looking to tap 450 BHP. 1.7 bar
Need to perform 0-100 4 secs, now may be doing 5 secs.

yes its time for a turbo upgrade. Its seems u have all the supporting mods already. If you want to keep it stock looking you can get a evo IX turbo or better yet an fp green turbo.
