Compression ratio and chip tuning

Hi everybody i have some questions about my stock e3

Enybody knows how much bar mast show compression in cilinder on stock headgasket?

because that I can't remap my e3 in my country I'm searching some chip tuning.
can you tell me if there is some chip to make more effect on 1 or 1.1 bar, I have standart internal so I can't run over 1.1 bar.

oh can enyone tell me what does this wite arrow on this air/fuel gauge?
