evo dump valve

hi guys im new to this site so hello to you all from me its a excellent site with realy clued up members .
my m8 has just bought an evo 2007 top spec he says . he wants a dump valve fitting god knows why although he has more money than brains could anyone give me their opinion on the best type to fit or whether it should be left as is or recomend alternative mods or evo specialist in sheffield area

The stock piece is more than adequate until he has more modifiations done and is pushing more boost.
