Evo III turbocharger issues
Hi,
Was looking for a bit of help/advice on my Evo III. Recently bought it and suspected some sort of turbo failure and got a hefty discount on the car, car drives and pulls fantastic, no oil and water, water in oil, good compression etc, but occasionally when on full boost, and on after run it chucks blue smoke out.
Was going to try replacing the turbo first, found a second hand turbo listed as "4G63 TURBO CHARGER TD05" off a low mileage car, is this the correct turbo for the car? If not any idea what turbo is the correct one for the car and where I can get one from?
Many thanks in advance

It's a TD05H Big16G original evo III.
I've got also a Big16G but it's upgraded to ballbearing and with a 20G compressorwheel. But i'm going for a new turbo, the Garrett GT30 :-)
