turbo lag??. :???:

hey everyone..., ok so i just got my 03' evo 8 and honestly dont know whats wrong with it, i feel no pull of 1,2 gear and 3 gear i feel some what of a pull, i been told by a couple friends it could be turbo lag... might need to reset the ecu chip. I live in California in the O.C does any one know of a shop i could take it too or something?

Try not to push it to the limit because it is very easy for you to actually lose control of the vehicle if it indeed turbo lag. The lag complicates the manual gearshifting so be extra careful there.
