Evo II Running Rough!

Hi everybody! I'm new to here and hoping somebody can help.
I have an Evo 2 that seems to choke itself when you accelerate hard.
If you depress the acclerator slowly it will go ok but not if you floor it.

I have changed the Fuel filter, Sparkplugs, coilpack and none of that made it any better.

Hope i can sort this out cheaply.
