Catbacks Help

I am looking for some info on cat backs, anyone? The GReddy Racing Ti-C Cat-back Exhausts looks pretty damn sexy, but I am not sure if its exactly what I want or really need. Maybe start with something smaller, love the Titanium though, so its a toss up.
