HKS BOV question

Hello,
Just have a little question...
I recently fitted a HKS bov to my evo6. got it for 50 quid from a friend for a bit of noise for the time being.
Sounded perfect for a week then it started making a weird noise..
Dont know if its ment to or not? so anyone with a hks bov.
how does yours sound.. is it ment to just be a chirp type bov..
Mine makes a weird (cough type noise) just before the chirp..
Doesnt sound right to me?
Checked hoses and they seam fine and tight..
Any ideas or is it just me??

Ps..tina. still want a TIAL :muhaha: but i want to do the battery relocation
first and then get one of your custom hard pipes with the bov welded to it..
Must get some euros together for it first...

As you've already said yourself mate, you NEED a Tial 8) :muhaha:

Just live with it and save quickly :-)

Don't know why it would change note tbh, unless the spring is weakening? :???:

Sure someone who knows will be able to answer properly mate

Personally preferred the HKS to the Tial! The Tial on Tuppys sounded 100% gay compared to the HKS SSQL :woohoo:

HKS are a nice bit of kit, and a real nice sound, but most of our customers at the moment are moving to the Tial as an alternative option for many reasons, quality, looks, sound and above all value for money is great!

But I beg to differ on the sound issue guys.........one thing for sure is the Tial don't sound gay on the Supra :muhaha: :muhaha:

One thing i have noticed with the Tial, it's very easy to play a tune, and NOT a gay one :muhaha:

The sound is certainly different 8) and there isn't one that sounds the same, unlike the HKS

Now excuse me for a second Steve, but you mention Tupps' custard sounded gay................surely it was an improvement on the little Baileys number he had on there  :muhaha: :woohoo:

Sorry........ahem, i'll behave now :muhaha:

And yes of course, there may be a little bling factor with the Tial :-) :muhaha: 8)
