Will this turbo suit my needs

Hi Guys,

Sorry if this is really vague but I do not know all of the specs on the turbo I have.

I recently bought an e2.
the engine is currently out being build... but the turbo the previousl owner had for the car, well I am not sure its going to be big enough. THat said, I simply dont know enough about Turbos.

The turbo for it is a GT25 440hp rated turbo...

I am guessing something similar to a disco potato???

Anyhoo... The car will basically have all the supporting mods (hbeams, ross pistons, autronic ecu, cams etc etc), and I am hoping for anyhting up to 250kwatw.

I am fairly certain this turbo i have wont get me there.

Ideas?

BTW 250kw is a ball park figure... as I am willing to drop that considerably as I want drivability also...

Just though I would ask before I piece this thing back together, and get disappointed with a 180kw output...

Not a clue mate, but if you look on the lancer registry website, Ian (thetyrant) has fitted a larger turbo.

If you post your power requirements in bhp rather than KW, it would be easier for us brits to understand :-)

Slowboy are in the states, do a search on them and see what advice they can give you. If you get some info, please post it on this site as I'd be interested in their recommendations !
