boost advice

just got myself a greedy profec b spec 2
if i set this up can i run 0.9 bar boost
with out doing any other mods
i do have cat back exhaust(got a decat pipe not fitted yet)
arc air box with k&n filter

m8 you can run more than that if you wish,just watch tthe profec as there hard to set up properly.
You can push it up to 1.2bar as a tops figure on the stock chip but beware of head gasket probs etc,probably better to aim for 1bar

Stick to 0.9 - 1 bar if you want to keep her in one piece babe

does that mean im ok just to fit it
dont need to mess about with any thing else
once its set up
according to the manual its dead easy to set up
then again there dead cleaver those japs
with very small hands to get in small places

So long as you have a decent boost gauge and stick to 1 bar all should be fine babe

Just beware boost creep in the higher gears though especially if you are doing the decat pipe

the pipes the one you did for me ages ago
still havent put it on yet
would it be better to leave it off and have things as the are

Ahhh i know :muhaha:

Yeah just see how it goes, the prob the earlies suffer from is boost creep upon removing the cat but not always, and you should be ok with a boost controller on there to control it, just keep an eye on it all and you'll be fine
