Timing belt difference IV/V/VI

is there a difference between the timing belts of a V engine and the VI engine i know the belt is different between the IV and the V as the V's belt is tighter as i tried fitting the stock belt off my IV, now im after getting a V's belt sent to me in error but do i need to change it for a VI's as i am running a VI engine in my IV she seems to fit perfect when all alligned and ready to go but i dont want to turn the key on her till i get confirmation she'll be ok
