AYC Ecu vs ACD Ecu -> Is It the same?

Hello to all

I have an Evo VIII 260 LHD.

I have recently purchuased the new ralliart ACD ECU for Tarmac RA8631661T1 ( well actually this is new version of the old ACD ECU ) as well as the new S-AYC ECU RA168749C1 -> check http://www.ralliart.co.jp/06news/06027_ayc.html for more details

I received today both ECU units, but i am very confused

I need to know, if the Evo VIII 260 has two ECUs, one for the ACD and a seperate one for the AYC or if one ECU controls both the ACD as well as the AYC?

I have spoted the ACD stock ECU behind the passenger's side glove box ( top right, very hard to reach not the Engine ECU ) on my LHD car. Should i start searching for another AYC ECU or there is no such thing?
