Differences between 4G63T EVO III and 4G63T Eclipse/Galant?

My friend has a problem.
He bought EVO III and the engine is completly damaged. It has a big hole and one piston outside.
And here is the question - what are the differences between EVO III engine and Eclipse 4G63T?

Please help him.

edit
We know that inside parts are different but the main question is about the block.
