WTB Tarmac Black Evo IX MR in the New York area

Hey people I'm looking to buy a Black Evo IX MR SE. I'm located in Staten Island, NY so anything in the NY/NJ/PA/CT area would be preferred but if the price is right anywhere on the east coast is fine. The car is going to be a daily driver, so I'm looking to find a totally stock one to be honest, but light mods(i.e. intake/exhaust/radio/rims/etc.) are acceptable. Looking to pay $25 - $27k but will negotiate based on the condition of the vehicle. Thanks in advance guys.
