HKS fully adjustable suspension

Heeeeeelllllllllppppppppp

My good man at Cpp has just informed me that the suspected hedgehog with Jackhammer under my car turns out to be knacked front struts

Are you able to buy inserts for these or is it now (as I suspect) complete new suspension all around.

Any help will be gratefully recieved as we are supposed to tour Europe in a little under 2 weeks
