Brake testing on two wheel tester........??????

Guys....Is it ok to get a Evo6 tested on the conventional two wheel brake testing equipment as used in normal garages,Will the centre diff be able to split the loads front to rear ok please......?????....

when I get mine MOT'd mate they use a deceleration meter ie they take it down the road hit the brakes and see how far the needle moves. I would of thought the 2wd brake test would do the centre diff in
