Change out times for tyres

If you race, which Im sure many of you do, how offten are you swapping out the tyres? Do you burn more than you want to buy? I have noticed, sometimes I am really rough, even on my non-play toy car, so I thought it would be a good topic everyone could share in on.

Well I very rarely race my car, but I have seen some people have to change out every race while others race a few times on the same set of tires. I think it depends on the type of racing you are doing.

It depends on where you want to be in the pack and your driving style. If you want to be in the front every time you will need a new set every weekend. If you are out to have a good time and are happy with mid pack you can get a couple weekends out of a set.
Tire wear also depends on drivers style. Smooth driving is fast and also more tire friendly. Have you ever tried to set a record lap only to run a slower time and your fastest lap felt like it would be slow. When you tried to set the fast lap you over drove the car and also took more life from the tire.
