Ohlins Fully Adjustable Coilovers

Hi all, Got my EVO 4 at last (loving it big time) only thing is it has Ohlins Fully Adjustable Coilovers.

yep the ride is very very hard (hardest setting I think) and also at it lowest ride setting.

I am a complete noob when i come to this so here are 2 pics (1 front 1 back) what do I need to do to make the ride a little softer and not so low.

cheers

Ok, very basically: From your pic, the rears look like the damping is top adjustable (the knurled knob you can see). 9 time out of 10, by turning it anti-clockwise you will reduce damping rates (basically soften them up). The front top mounts on the picture adjust camber (dont adjust this yourself) for the damping there will probably be a knob on the strut body somewhere under the spring, again this is usually softens by turning anti-clockwise.
The ride height is adjustable by moving the spring platforms up and down the strait on the threads with a C-spanner (again, unwise to try this yourself)

Id advice locating the damping adjusters front and rear first of all and turning them right down, being careful not to force the adjusters once they reach their stops, the experiment with damping settings from there.

The chaps at FCM will be able to adjust the ride height properly for you and i cannot advise enough to get the alignment (toe and camber) checked and adjusted acordingly.
