evo 3 abs problem
this is a good one anyone know why after 1 mile the abs light comes on
i can't read any fault codes
help

dose the abs stop working when the light comes on
it takes it time to work and until you try the brakes the light wont come on
mine turned out to be lots of teeth missing on 1 of the abs rings on the cv joint
but i could be 1 of the sensors on any of the wheels
bit of a bugger realy

as above pal.
but mine used too do it all the time.
all i did was clean the sensor,s etc. and all was ok. some times they get covered with crap of the road etc..

abs work fine until light comes on, how read fault codes have u any list of abs codes for evo 3

they aint the right codes!
Abs wont show a code as its not ecu related, it will be a sensor on the wheel,cleaning them wont do much either as it works off 'hall effect'
check output from each sensor and replace as needed

when i cleaned mine it did stop light coming on....
but not saying this is the problem mentioned...???

hall effect is basically magnets m8 which is why the drive shafts have those castle bits around them,close-far-close-far etc etc
