suspension covered by warranty????

is suspension covered by warranty????
hi all,bought my e6 in november and its banging and knocking all the time now!!!i got a 6month warranty with it which states up to £5000 each single claim.....would i be able to claim for new suspension???????????

I expect, like the clutch and brakes, they will say "wear and tear" but worth a shot. Good Luck!!
