thought any speed thats in to 3 figures was a ban not sure how long you will get if you do get a ban just say your job depends on your licence and hope they go leniently on you good luck though mate

Depends a lot on your area, reasons for doing speed and traffic conditions etc. etc., will probably go to Court, but if you can get a reference from your employer saying you need licence for work you may be 'Lucky' and get a 6 pointer and a fine........then again you be banned on accumulation...........it all depends on the day and the judge

Eitherway it's a Bas***d, feel for ya matey

All the best

Charlie anything over the ton is a ban mate so i would advise speaking to a soliciter and see if he thinks you can put a good enough case together I/E loss of licence = loss of job =loss of house ect ect. i know of people who have evaded a ban by going down this route and you were only 2 mph over the ban line so i think its worth a try.PS this is only my opinion and someone else on here may have better advice for you.
I hope you get it sorted mate.

AFAIK over a ton is an instant ban

Sorry to hear this, good luck with your defence

Over 100 is instant mate

Just had a word with someone in the know

Ban length is variable though, could be very small indeed

Everything crossed for you mate

Hi, my boyfriend got caught doing 94 mph in a 50 zone and he got off with 6 points and a £240 fine. I think it all depends on how the judge is feeling on the day. Good luck !!!!!
