Evo VIII FQ cars are just Evo VIII that have a few extra bits to make them produce more power.

VII FQ-300 : Exhaust system/filter : 301bhp : 300lb/ft of torque
VIII FQ-300 : Exhaust system/filter : 301bhp : 300lb/ft of torque
VIII FQ-330 : Exhaust system/filter/ECU : 330bhp : 305lb/ft of torque

The VIII MR FQ models are based on the MR but with a few extras.

Evolution VIII MR FQ300/320/340 - UK Models
VIII MR FQ-300 : Base Model: 301bhp : 289lb/ft of torque
VIII MR FQ-300 : Exhaust system/filter : 320bhp : 300lb/ft of torque
VIII MR FQ-330 : Exhaust system/filter/ECU : 340bhp : 320lb/ft of torque

The MR is a better car as it has more torque than a standard VIII, is lighter and has improved suspension.

The one to go for IMHO is the FQ320. Or if you want a real thrill ride and MR RS

MR, what you basically get over the FQ is Bilstein Struts, alloy bonded roof (save 4kg's and lower centre of gravity)
Turbo changer runs a 10.5t exhaust housing (9.8 on the FQ) with larger compressor nozzle, engine has a 5 layer head gasket with revised piston rings and more aggressive cams which are hollow. The waste gate runs x2 boost control solenoids to the FQ's 1 and the oil cooler is 2 rows bigger. The engine also has improved cooling channels

Hope that helps
