would you or wouldnt you???????

hi for those of you who know me.....you know who you are, I have always been after a mak, at the time (6 months ago) I found one but with my insurance at 21 and the cars mileage being a little dubious I didnt get it so I sold my 4 and bought an M3 sold that and now have an 8 MR but my lust for a mak still exists.

heres the question should I sell the 8 and buy the mak? has anyone had a later spec car and gone back to a 6?

heres a pic

Now that is a tricky one , and really I think only you can decide if you want to or not.

Good luck

I know its a brave move........ the 8 is great but I think I am a purist. And I think the mak is the ultimate evo (right or wrong)

now people dont get me wrong........ I think all evos are great from the 1 right through to the 9 and all offer amazing performance but.... looking out at the MR I cant help feeling they have gone soft (this is just opinion) with more and more new cars around they are bcoming less "in your face" or "noticeable" also another thing you could of gone out and bought a 340 or even 400 but differences are few and far between cosmetically and could easily be achieved buying a 260 and spending a reasonably small amount to achieve the same sort of look.

When you see a mak you know its a mak when I look at my 8 I just see a massed produced car thats lost its pedigree.

Again this is my opinion and no offence is intended to anyone.
