Have a good look through the technical libary for info on both models and differences

The 5 is alot better if you can stretch to it.

What happened to the evo 5 you had on its way over from Japan?

I would aim for the V they are far better machine

They also come with brembo's as standard where the IV don't plus imo they look loads better

every1 has their own opinion, but i would say buy a IV, i love mine and there aren't that many differences tbh. Its all down to you love. go and test drive a IV and a V depending on what the cars have on as mods depends on what you like. If you brought a IV you will be able to spend your money on mods, if you saved up for a V you will have less money for mods.

The IV have weaker engines than the V and VI and like Matt said V's come with Brembo brakes.

If its only a matter of waiting a few months, id wait and save the extra pennies for the V. I wish I could have saved 2-3k ish in a few months..if I could I would have got a V too.....

Saying that though, I bought a nicely modified IV, and I love it to bits. :-)
