MOT passed 1st time - now hibernation for a few months

Hi all,
I am rather pleased, the 2 just sailed through the MOT, and now I'm putting it to bed for a couple of months to rest and recuperate.
Any advice on parking the beastie up for a couple of months so as to avoid any heart ache when it is time to awaken it from slumber?
How many out there have also parked up for the nasty weather? How many of you continuing anyway and nuts to the snow??

Cheers Dave.

Hi all,
I am torn between parking up for a 2/3 months so as to avoid nasty salt on road /corrosion possibilities and getting out there and giving it some. Sensibilities will probably win, as my time now commited to decorating as just moved house 3 weeks ago. 10 years it took me sort the last place out and it looks like this one will be no different!!
How many out there also parking / parked up? Don't be shy!

Ben,
Sounds like your in for a chilly bum mate when doing the gear box oil especially if you can't get in the garage!!

Cheers Dave
