I know this has probably been covered before but I need to have a rant to let it all out.
I went to mitsi last week to pick up some ralliart mats and thought while I was there I would price up a oil cap and rad cap. I was told the oil was about £50 and rad was about £30. I didn't think this was too bad and seeing as I had money ffrom the parents in law for xmas thought i would order some. well, I went to pick them up last night and while the guy was putting them through the till I noticed the oil cap had gone upto £80 so intotal the 2 caps would be about £115!!!! when I asked why it was so much he said it was because the oil cap was red, £30 increase because of a colour, what the f**k :shock: !!!!! I tried arguing with the guy saying I was told a price for the chrome but for a red cap but he wouldn't have any of it so told him where to stick them :woohoo: .. How can they up the price by sssssooooooooooo much just for a colour?? anyway rant over for now, but if anyone knows where i can get some ralliart caps I would be grateful.. cheers

Personally I would say they told you the wrong price in the first place.
AFAIK the oil cap has always been £80 regardless of colour  Have a look at importing them from Singapore, I did and saved a packet! :muhaha:

I'll try and dig you some contact details out, as I remember my oil cap was about 30 quid and my rad cap about a tenner, genuine parts btw
