Evo 8:the ultimate painkiller.
Hi everybody!Did it happen to you some day to think you'd better have stayed in your bed instead of going for your working day?A couple of days ago,I woke up with what looked like a serious hangover or a nasty "flu".Duty called me (or so I like to believe),so Iwent to the work.After a pair of ibuprofen and aspirin my vision cleared enough to successfully manage some morons during the morning,and I even succeeded not to fell asleep during the afternoon meeting with a dumb bloke which besides happens to be a genuine pain in the ass.Afterwards,heading home,I unfortunately met this policeman who gave me a ticket (90 euros) for having (so he said) pulled out on the white line while overtaking a dude who drove at 35 km/h in his shitty Renault.Coming home,my wife told me my daughter broke her glasses out of sheer rage after having got a telling of from the schoolmaster.Isat on the couch in front of the TV set,nursing a beer and hoping to watch a brainwashing broadcast when the phone rang.Hi son , it's mum!Could you come over to replace the light bulb in the kitchen and take thoes famous "Montbeliard sausages" I got from my nephew for your wife?Yeah sure,but it's a 35km trip to her place..
I sat in the Evo,put a heavy metal CD in the sound system,and went to mama taking a shortcut through the pass between the valleys (well known from my friend MAW). Back home,I killed the engine and sat in the car listening to the cooling noises, and you know what?Finally this day was not so bad!! Friendly yours.
