Gatso speed camera question
This morning I was driving towards a radar camera on the other side of the road, i.e. with the lens facing me. Any way it went off.
I am puzzled by this as my Road Angel only warns on it if travelling in the other direction. There is no markings on the camera face (looks like they have been scraped off) but I pass it often and it is a Gatso. I have heard,a nd confirmed in the road angel manual, that Gatsos take pictures of vehicles after they have passed and only going away from them. Talking to the AA man this morning (Another story) he said that he had been popped a few times but did not receive a summons. Anyone have any experience of this ? |

bonjour ......
no matter what .... if i get a fine i always fight it ... got off the last one .... could have cost me a suspension just dont give em a easy ride .... the police often make mistakes .... that in court get thrown out if nothing else... it strings it out and gives ya more time .. just play the system ... if found guilty the magerstrate cant by law give you a heavier penalty..... he has set tariffs ,, he cant exceed ... so in fact you have nothing to lose... by challenging it . |
