Does anyone have this shifter knob?

http://img28.echo.cx/img28/3909/shiftknob5pg.jpg

I was looking at this and wondered if anyone from this site used this shifter knob and if they liked or disliked it. I want to get it because it looks like you could shift a lot better because you would have more control because your hand would fit over the top of it and grip it like a throttle control for a jet. With that type of control, fast shifting would be cake, I would think.

Hi,
Had one in my scooby, it was a little long but worked very well. No problems shifting with it at all.

And it looked really nice in the car too!

Can you place your fingers under that loop? Do they fit? If so, that would be so damn cool.

But yes you can get two of your fingers through the loop, as long as you dont have meathooks for hands

Wouldn't normally recommend this but pop into Halfords they sell them there and have a look. Dunno about bending them open though!
