On a serious note,

The site seems pretty much the 'finished article' to me. How do you attract more members, I'm not sure. Maybe there could be more 'benefits' for paying members? Don't ask me what though.

I think that, as with many things, success breeds success. Hopefully if enough people 'stick with it' you will eventually hit that 'exponential' curve!

A forum costs peanuts to run. The software is free, although it takes a while to get used to changing things on it, it is pretty user friendly.

I want to change the forum a bit more. I may give that a go tonight..

Sticky has kindly offered his services, he is planning on making some small http://www.lancer-evo.net stickers for the members..

I am also in negotiations to get T-Shirts, Mugs, Mousemats etc made up..
