The Nova's were my first two cars.. Got bored of them and wanted more power! 8)
I kept the Cavalier for 2 years and spent a small fortune on it.. I had it prepared by Courtenay.. K&N 57i induction filter with relocated cold air flow pipe. Courtenay sport chrome plug Cover and heat shield. Courtenay high-torque cams. Full Magnex Exhaust system with Cat replacement pipe. Magnex Twin 3" Back box. Courtenay Remapped ECU. And I spent ££££'s on the interior too.. :P |

Sold it to a guy in London about 4 years back.. I took a silly £3500 for it as I needed the cash to buy my Sunny GTI-R.. It was originally up for £6500 but nobody wanted to pay that amount.. :?
I spent around £8,000 in 18 months. ![]() Looking back now, I wish I hadn't spent all that!! Saying that, I had my Sunny GTi-R around 9 months and spent £3,500 on tuning bits before releasing I should have bought an Evo.. ![]() 2 Evo's on I can honestly say there is nothing else like it. I have been in big power Skyline's and Supra's but still think that the Evo is the ultimate "fun" machine.. 300bhp, more grip than a russian wrestler and the ability to take corners at psycotic speeds make the Evo a force to be reckoned with. Even when comparing to £100k supercars.. ![]() Looking forward to TOTB3 Be interesting to see the RC and Norris cars run.. Ive got 5 Skyline nutters from Kent staying at my house so this weekend so I will be drastically outnumbered!

Cheers
yeh totb will be brilliant mate, only wish I had the space in my sched to attend, JPO even offered me a free ticket but its just not poss for me. I will agree with you 100% of all the cars and bikes ive driven the evo is king, even at 300bhp -350bhp it is the fastest most evil tarmac car on the road, nothing will look at it, when your sitting in your VI you know for a fact that no one can bother you Beastly cars :beerjug: |
