New House broken into.. Evo is still there..

All,

I have just moved into my new house, been there for just 5 days..

I wake up this morning to find the back door wide open and the kitchen turned upside down..

The looked through every kitchen draw and cupboard before entering the front room and searching the sofa and units.. It was obvious what they were after - the keys to the Evo [which is parked on the drive]

They even looked in the hampster cage for these keys!!

I am not sure if they ventured upstairs or not.. If they had they would have been in for a shock!!

They took my wallet which was later found 1.5 miles away minus the contents..

What I cannot understand is how I slept through it!! We always keep the keys upstairs following a few reports of people having their cars stolen by the thieving gits breaking into the house to steal the car keys..

The police were very helpful and brought my wallet back to me.. They sent a fingerprints guy round but he found nothing. They have been after this gang a while now as they are targeting people in the area. After they left my house they tried to nick a Porsche..

The Evo is now going to be in the garage and after fitting a shitload of new security I don't really feel any safer..

If you live in the Yorkshire area be vigilant.. These guys are targeting us..

hi bazza

sorry to hear your news, not a good start to a new home.

pleased the car is ok.

that sort of info makes us all think ,when i bought my car the first

thing my son said to me was always lock the car doors from inside

when you set of on a journey and always take the keys to bed at

night but did i listen no. from now on i shall do just that.

we can only advise others to do the same and think security

Thats bad news man, scary too. The problem is you never know what these idiots are carrying

Hey although you might not feel much safer with the security additions you can bet that if they come for another look they'll think more than twice if they see any new visible security kit on the house/garage/car etc !

They're just Fekin scum.

Hey  if the Police catch em bring them to the next meet and tie one Boll*ck to your Evo and the other to someone elses (if I have mine by then I'll voulenteer) then show em the power of the EVO

Take care matey & put it away next time :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:

Cheers all..

The only reason the car wasn't garaged is cos the garage is full of boxes as I have only just moved in to the house!!
