EVO VIII MR Colors

Hi all,

I am planing to buy the all new MR version, and I want to share with you some points.

1st of all, thanks to bazza, for his big contribution to update the information of this forum. You always can visit the forum and find anything you like. :thumbsup!:

2nd, correct if wrong, I have heard that the MR will be available in the US market by the end of 2004, begining of 2005. So,i have asked my best friend there to book me one once they arrives. :band:

3rd, what I want is to have your comments on the selection of the color, which i would love to share it with this forum.

There is a new color "dark gray" which only comes on the Mr.

Only 4 color available on MR, Gun Metal Gray is the best, second to Cool Silver Metallic. Don't buy RED! Get Gun Metal Gray, coz it is only available on Evo VIII MR.

Little story:
One day, two friends walk around the street and 'Extreme' just drive pass his new Evo MR. 1st person saw it and said to his friend: "look!! that Gun Metal Gray Evolution is MR version!" ... 2nd person reply and ask: "How did you know, it all look the same as other evo8 ?" ........

Are you planning to mod your Gun Metal Gray MR Evolution to extreme, say like 400hp or so :?:

Mods? oh yeah,, big time.

First of all I will make sure to get an Air intake & exhaust as an appetizer, and for the main course, I will get a boost controller and a piggy back computer or Flashed ECU. 8)

Then I will drive it and look for those V8 supercharge E55 AMG and SL55 AMG. :twisted:


My next plan, is a pair of the lovely HKS camshafts and an intercooler.

Then i will start looking for Girls

But you know :idea: , I would love to set up a plan with you guys, modify the EVO MR, and let Bazza post it officially in the Forum as Stage 1, 2, etc. with a flavour of Dyno sheets :cooking:
