Not Happy!!!

I need help!!

after owning an 8 MR 340, then a 9 340, then a 9 MR 360, I was looking forward to driving my new EVO X 330. But to tell you the truth... i am really dissapointed!! The problem is i bought the 5 speed manual GSR, and i dont know what is wrong with it but acceleration in first gear is so slow i could get out and run faster!! once its in second then it pulls better, but there is absolutley no way my car is capable of 4.4 sec to 60mph, i would bet my life on it!! 6.5 secs maybe. Ive tried turning off the traction control and its still no better? can anyone help me? or does anyone else have or heard of this problem? also ive noticed that the re-circulating dump valve moves and isnt fixed in its housing, could that be the problem, but as with the 8 and 9 evos, there dosnt seem to be a jubilee clip where i could tighten it up.

i really need this sorted, i bought this car for its performance and feel like selling it and going back to a nine.

Should haave got yourself a 6.5.... dont know whats wrong pop down and see me on thursday and we can try to get in to a local dealer and try to find out what it is if not the colt car companys head office is in cirencester... only 2 min down the road from me....

Yeah good idea mate i will do, i take it youve got thurdsday off? i get the ferry back at 23.59. so ill pop down about 10 or 11ish in the morning if thats all right with you.
