So Is This a Blokes Car?

I went to the petrol station to fill up today and I got the weirdest look. A chick, getting out of an evo-no way! So what's the split-are there many female evo owners, or is it a man toy?

Well, I'm a female and I want an EVO. :-) I'm not sure what the ratio is between Female EVO enthuiasts and Males, but us gals have a need for speed too, you know! Sport cars are always a girl's best friend.

I can honestly say that I have never known a lady to drive an evo in my life. But then I don't much talk cars with the ladies so I could just be missing out. No reason why not to.

Haha, I think it's a misconception to think that ladies can't be fans of cars as well. More than likely, each female is going to have their favorites at the very least. The only thing that gal's don't like are when their guys talk about nothing BUT cars.

Oh I get the racing too, people giving you looks at the lights and revving at you. It's pathetic! Most of the time they wouldn't stand a snowball in a hot place chance of going against you, and most are just barely shaving. Time to grow up lads, a nova won't cut it!

I dont know many female Evo owners but I do know a few....Me for one :-) :-)

Have been a huge fan of cars since I was in middle school, loved the Evo's in Secondry School and decided to get myself a Evo IV GSR when I was 22. Bought myself a IV RS back in April this year and I love it to peices im now 24 (And still driving it at 39 weeks pregnant lol)

I tend to find people are shocked now days at how many girls of all ages are now car enthusiasts :muhaha:

Once a car enthusiast always a car enthusiast, I could talk about cars for hours on end

Heres my pride and Joy

Jodie x

The only female evo owner I know of is........ Jodie above !!

My perception is that there is not as many females who take an interest in cars like men do. i.e - most women reckon that a bloke who owns an evo/flash car ''needs it as an extension of his manhood, and how sad is that'' etc etc .

I really like it when women take an interest in nice cars, i mean, why shouldn't they ?! MORE OF YOU GALS SHOULD GIVE IN TO YOUR INNER SPEED DEMONS

Plus men like posing in their cars more than women, women like small cars with pink accessories :woohoo: !!!! :muhaha:

I hate PINK things in cars!!!

Alot of people think girls who have nice fast cars are Boyfriends or Daddies etc, my car is 100% paid for by me and I wouldnt have it any other way.

There are certainly more girl enthusiasts now than there was 5+ years ago :muhaha: as Budman says "Release your inner speed demons girlies"
