When You're At Work

Where do you park your evo? I mean, when I'm at home I know where it is. I know the type of people who come down our street, and it's a cul-de-sac so no one comes through it. I feel pretty safe.

When I am at work I have to leave it in a multi-story car park. I won't know for nine hours of the day whether it is safe, whether it's still there (unless I go visit at lunch ). I can't find a better, or cheaper way to store her when I am working.

I currently work in a semi-large office, and we have assigned parking in a parking garage. You have to have a badge to enter and leave. I'd feel pretty safe with my car there. At my old job at the resturaunt, I'd park my car where it is viewable in most of the resturaunt. Never got stolen or broken into there also.

That would be such a nice parking situation. I've always worked in the city where you just have to find a space in a multi story and hope for the best. Generally there is very little risk of a full on collision but you can get door dents from people parking too close, or your indicators smashed and all that.

I'm just keeping my fingers crossed.

Keep him or her in a well seen and lite place. Sometimes it helps to also keep it in a fairly decent spot, where if someone does try to steal it or break in, it would be around other cars and/or people that would be able to report it.

I work in retail so needless to say there are a lot of cars coming in and out of the parking lot. I have learned the hard way to park in the back of the lot while still trying to remain under a street light.

Well, since I don't have an evo as yet (planning to buy one by the end of the year, hopefully with all the bonuses to help. :-) ), my Dad does. He just bought it like 4 months ago, odd because when he goes to work he leaves it and uses his old car. Because he said there's no safe parking area in his workplace.

I agreed with the idea, you'd never would want to leave a newly bought car in a completely unsafe place, would you?
