Carbon fibre interior parts anyone??

Hi everyone,

We are now in a position to offer real carbon fibre laminated interior panels for all cars, finished in a high gloss lacquer. If you have ever seen the carbon inserts in an Evo VIII dash then these are them!!

The least expensive way to obtain this is to supply your own inserts for lamination, and you will receive your originals back, not someone elses with broken clips etc :-)

Basically nearly any interior panel can be done, from dash inserts to electric window switch surrounds.

Available finishes are standard black carbon, and a new silver carbon.

Prices? Well it isnt cheap, especially with the current c/f shortage, but we are happy to provide discounts for Evo.net members.

Along a similiar theme, if you want the carbon fibre look but without spending much $$$ then we will soon be launching a new carbon fibre effect finishing service. This technique can be used on any smooth panel and is again finished in a high gloss lacquer. Also, this method opens up the opportunity for many more finishes, i.e. colour coded carbon fibre, different carbon weave patterns, and other finishes like the currently popular (well at least for BMW's, Mercs etc) Piano Black finish.

The carbon effect is a very good 3-d finish and you will not be disappointed.

I will have sample photos of each posted up here soon.

In the meantime if you have any queries or would like a quote please get in touch!!

Thanks for the replies.

I will post up some sample prices soon, Neil can you perhaps email me a photo of the bits you require please?? You are owed a favour anyway!!

I am familiar with the VIII dash inserts and will post pics of both the real c/f and c/f effect for you all to see.

Earlier Evo models I will need photos of the bits to give an estimate.

Large items would cost serious money, i.e. laminating a bonnet would cost more than making a bonnet Im afraid. Its a very time consuming process and lends itself best to smaller parts which use moulded in clips to fit the car. This is beacuse you cant mould, for example, interior trim clips into c/f parts.
Mirrors, door handles etc though, no problem. If anyone is familiar with the c/fibre inserts in the side of the rear wings of the Evo VII FQ range, then they were done this way!!
