decat pipe or sport cat ?

i am thinking of decating my evo but thinking about the trouble with police if get caught.
so was thinking of a sport cat instead.

Anyone can tell me their opinions of using a sport cat and a decat pipe .

They seem to be expensive , are they worth the money or should i just stick with the original cat and use my money somewhere else.

If i decat do i have to inform the insurance people again because i already told them i have modified the exhaust.

Anyone have a recomendation on which sport cat to get if they are worth it.

I know there are 100 cell sports cats available, and I'd be pretty sure that the resistance in them should be minimal, but any restriction is gonna affect power. Its something I have considered but was waiting for some feedback first.Or ask any of the traders on here, they'll have one I'm sure
