Help....slight panic!!!

Hi guys,

Had my evo for a couple of weeks now....today the washer light came on. Went to fill the resevoir with dilluted screen wash 2:1 most of it has leaked out under the corner of the car & running away on the floor.. It appears to be running thru a small pipe on the side of the bottle. Is this standard? Does it have an overflow facility of some sort....tbh I am in mild panic right now

Help would be greatly appreciated

On mine that would be the intercooler water spray bottle and that would mean the pipe is loose not sure if this is done to new cars if they are imports for the sva or not. also on mine the washer bottle is in the boot on the passenger side behind a panel but I'm not sure on newer cars.

ahhhh, the number of arguments i have had with some customers telling me the washer bottle is empty and then looking at me as if i am stupid for opening the boot to check it only for them to go all red and appologetic when they find out the cooler spray is under the bonnet and it is that which is empty.
you aren't the first thinking that and you won't be the last either.the problem is a lack of product knowledge from the salesmen.
the cooler spray tank will overflow from that little pipe, you'll never be able to brim it to the top
